Ökopharm® Fürs Gedächtnis* capsules are a dietary supplement with all 8 B vitamins in high doses, vitamin C, zinc, iron and ashwagandha root extract. Supports mental performance at work and active seniors in everyday life.

Memory* capsules from ÖKOPHARM® are optimised with KSM-66 Ashwagandha® root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dun.) to support the maintenance of physical and mental performance in the event of exhaustion, tiredness and loss of concentration.

For memory and recall

Ashwagandha root extract supports memory and recall.
Iron and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function.

For mental performance

*Pantothenic acid supports normal mental performance.
Ashwagandha root extract helps to maintain physical and mental performance in the event of exhaustion, tiredness and loss of concentration.
Ashwagandha root extract also supports mental function in old age.

To reduce tiredness and fatigue

Vitamin C, pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin support normal energy metabolism.

With Phyto-Panmol® Vitamin C

This is obtained from the fruity acerola cherry using a gentle extraction process. Acerola cherries (Malpighia glabra L.) originally come from Central America and are considered to be particularly rich in natural vitamin C.

Directions

For adults: Take 2 capsules once a day with plenty of liquid.
Tip: Use over a period of 2 months is recommended, as the effect builds up continuously.
Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents.
