The optimally balanced combination of active ingredients in the capsules for men* from ÖKOPHARM® provides important vitamins, minerals and trace elements to optimally cover men's needs and thus ensure vitality and performance.

For a strong heart

  • Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of blood vessels through the normal formation of collagen.
  • Vitamin B1 supports both normal heart function and normal energy metabolism.
  • Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and folic acid to normal haematopoiesis.
For a strong day

  • Vitamin B2, B6, B12, C, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Biotin, zinc and chromium support the normal metabolism of protein, carbohydrates and fat (macronutrients).

Nutritional values per 4 capsules (daily dose) %NRV**: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 5.5 mg 500 %, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 7 mg 500 %, niacin 80 mg 500 %, pantothenic acid 30 mg 500 %, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 7 mg 500 %, folic acid 400 μg 200 %, biotin 250 μg 500 %, vitamin B12 (cobalamin) 125 μg 5.000 %***, vitamin C 80 mg 100 %, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 20 μg = 800 IU 400 %, vitamin E 60 mg 500 %, iron 14 mg 100 %, copper 0.5 mg 50 %, magnesium 187 mg 50 %, chromium 40 μg 100 %, Manganese 2 mg 100 %, selenium 55 μg 100 %, zinc 10 mg 100 %, pomegranate extract 50 mg contains ellagic acid 20 mg, L-arginine 500 mg, maca extract 50 mg, stabilised NADH 2 mg. **Nutrient reference values according to the Food Information Regulation (FIR). The values of the ingredients are based on average analyses. One daily dose = 0.02 BE. *** Based on the scientific literature, it is to be expected that only 4.5 µg of vitamin B12, corresponding to 180% of the nutrient reference value, is absorbed through intake via the intrinsic factor (1.5 - 2 µg per meal) and passive diffusion (1-2% of the amount of vitamin B12 consumed).
