Nutricia preOp Nutritional Drink – Lemon is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) intended for dietary management prior to upcoming surgery.

A low-calorie nutritional drink particularly suitable for use prior to surgery.

Directions for use

• As an initial dose, 4 x 200 ml in the evening before surgery. Final dose of 2 x 200 ml 2 hours before (pre-)anaesthesia.
• Notes: Use only under medical supervision. Suitable for enteral nutrition only. Not suitable for parenteral nutrition.
• Contraindications: preOP is not suitable for infants. Use with particular caution in patients with diabetes mellitus. Not suitable for emergency surgery or for patients with delayed gastric emptying. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
