Nutricia SERAVIT powder is a food for special medical purposes (formula diet). For dietary management of malnutrition caused by illness in infants, children and adults with metabolic disorders.

Directions for use
- Standard preparation:
Weigh out the required amount of powder individually or use the measuring spoon provided.
One measuring spoon holds approx. 5 g of powder.
- The total daily dose is determined under medical supervision and depends on the patient’s age, body weight and individual metabolic status. In addition, the general intake of vitamins, minerals and trace elements from other foods must be taken into account.
The daily amount should be spread evenly over 3–5 portions throughout the day, ideally taken with meals.
Important note: Contains readily available carbohydrates; in cases of impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic monitoring. The product is not sterile. Do not boil or heat in the microwave. One measuring spoon holds approx. 5 g of powder.
At least 25 ml of drinking water is required per measuring spoon (5 g). Use only the measuring spoon provided or weigh out the powder individually.
- Important information: Suitable for enteral nutrition only. Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition. Suitable for infants, children and adults.
