Nutricia Milupa basic-ch powder is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). For dietary management of disorders of carbohydrate metabolism, e.g. glucose-galactose malabsorption or pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency.
A special formula with an extremely low carbohydrate content, comprising milk proteins, fat, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Usage
- A diet based on this product requires an additional intake of carbohydrates and energy tailored to the individual’s needs. Suitable carbohydrates can be added directly to the prepared bottle.
- Depending on the daily intake of this product or other foods, supplementation with micronutrients may be necessary.
- The total daily amount is determined under medical supervision and is based on the patient’s age, body weight and individual metabolic status. It is adjusted to the patient’s current metabolic status under regular medical supervision.
- Notes: Suitable for enteral nutrition only. Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition.
