- Nutricia MCT oil should be introduced slowly into the diet, as rapid absorption of large quantities can lead to vomiting or diarrhoea. The total daily quantity is determined under medical supervision and depends on the patient's age, body weight and individual metabolic situation. It may be necessary to dilute Nutricia MCT oil in children under 5 years of age.
