Directions for use
- Add 100 ml of water and 1 sachet of Nupo to a shaker. Shake thoroughly and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on full power. Alternatively, heat in a saucepan and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy all 6 portions per day. It is important to follow the instructions for use.
- This product is intended exclusively for healthy, overweight or obese adults who wish to lose weight. It should not be consumed for longer than 8 weeks, or repeatedly for periods shorter than 8 weeks, without the advice of a healthcare professional. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, young people or people with health conditions without the advice of a healthcare professional. It is important to consume all 6 portions per day. When used in accordance with the instructions for use, the total daily requirement for all essential nutrients is fully met. Always ensure an adequate daily fluid intake.
