NORSANOmega-3 Arctic capsules are a food supplement with natural, non-concentrated cod oil from wild catches. NORSAN cod oil is produced in Norway and comes from sustainable wild catches.

NORSAN cod oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily dose contains 6 grams of cod oil, which corresponds to taking 2 x 3 capsules daily. (One capsule contains 1 g of fish oil)

Natural codfish oil consists of a fatty acid complex of over 50 fatty acids, which has a similar positive effect to fish consumption. The oil should be as fresh as possible. Odour and taste are good indicators of quality - as with any other food. With NORSAN capsules you can still recognise the freshness of the oil by not having an unpleasant burping sensation after taking it. NORSAN oil is particularly fresh and therefore so well tolerated.

The NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic capsules contain the same high-quality codfish oil that we used for the Omega-3 Arctic. The oil comes from sustainable wild catches. The fishing area is located directly off the Norwegian coast. Cod fishing has a long tradition in this region, as the cod from the Arctic Ocean have their spawning grounds here. These stocks are subject to particularly strict and sustainable rules and are regularly monitored.

Cod from Norway contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, especially omega-3 DHA. The cod oil is processed in Norway in accordance with strict Norwegian regulations and checked for the absence of harmful substances and PCBs.

How to use

2 x 3 capsules daily (contain 6 g codfish oil) should be taken with sufficient liquid with or after a meal. This ensures that the body can optimally utilise the fatty acids.
