NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic Capsules are a food supplement containing natural, non-concentrated cod liver oil from wild-caught fish. NORSAN cod liver oil is produced in Norway and is sourced from sustainable wild catches.

NORSAN cod liver oil is produced in Norway. The recommended daily dose is 6 grams of cod liver oil, which corresponds to taking 2 x 3 capsules a day. (One capsule contains 1 g of fish oil)

Natural cod liver oil consists of a fatty acid complex containing over 50 fatty acids, which has a similarly beneficial effect to eating fish. The oil should be as fresh as possible. Smell and taste are good indicators of quality – just as with any other food. With NORSAN capsules, you can also tell how fresh the oil is by the fact that you do not experience any unpleasant burping after taking them. NORSAN oil is particularly fresh and is therefore very well tolerated.

NORSAN Omega-3 Arctic capsules contain the same high-quality cod liver oil that we have used for Omega-3 Arctic. The oil comes from sustainable wild-caught fish. The fishing grounds are located just off the Norwegian coast. Cod fishing has a long tradition in this region, as the cod from the Arctic Ocean have their spawning grounds here. These stocks are subject to particularly strict and sustainable regulations and are regularly monitored.

Cod from Norway contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly omega-3 DHA. The cod liver oil is processed in Norway in accordance with strict Norwegian regulations and tested for the absence of contaminants and PCBs.

Directions for use

3 capsules twice daily (containing 6 g of cod liver oil). These should be taken with sufficient liquid during or after a meal. This ensures that the body can make optimal use of the fatty acids.
