NimmNem Sango - Ca:Mg 2:1 capsules are a dietary supplement made from Sango sea coral, calcium and magnesium in an optimised ratio.
Sango sea coral is extracted from a fossilised mineral that was formed millions of years ago. It contains calcium and magnesium in the optimum ratio of 2:1, as well as many trace elements. This corresponds to a value of 20% calcium and 10% magnesium.

How to use
- We recommend taking one capsule daily. It is best to take the capsule before going to bed with sufficient liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
- Advice: If there is an increased need for calcium, take 1 capsule before breakfast. Do not take if you are taking heart medication at the same time, especially digitalis preparations, if you have severe kidney dysfunction, tetanic seizures or calcium excretion disorders such as calcaemia or potalaemia. Blood sugar levels should be monitored closely in diabetics.

Active ingredients per daily portion (1 capsule): 1000mg Sango coral powder: contains 200mg calcium, 100mg magnesium.
100mg magnesium = 26.667% NRV (NRV... % of the nutrient reference value according to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011).
