NimmNem Sango – Ca:Mg 2:1 capsules are a dietary supplement made from Sango sea coral, calcium and magnesium, blended in an optimal ratio.
Sango sea coral is extracted from a fossilised mineral that formed millions of years ago. It contains calcium and magnesium in an optimal ratio of 2:1, as well as many trace elements. This corresponds to 20 per cent calcium and 10 per cent magnesium.

Directions for use
- We recommend taking one capsule daily. It is best to take the capsule before going to bed, with plenty of liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take with the capsule may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
- Notes: If you have an increased need for calcium, take an additional 1 capsule before breakfast. Do not take whilst taking heart medication, particularly digitalis preparations, in cases of severe kidney dysfunction, tetanic convulsions, or calcium excretion disorders such as hypercalcaemia or hyperkalaemia. Diabetics should monitor their blood sugar levels closely.

1000mg Sango coral powder: containing 200mg calcium and 100mg magnesium.
100 mg magnesium = 26.667% NRV
