NimmNem OPC 266 mg grape seed extract capsules are a dietary supplement. OPC grape seed extract is a natural antioxidant from grape seeds.

OPC is the abbreviation for oligomeric proanthocyanidins, which occur naturally in the outer parts of plants, such as skins or bark, and grape seed flour has one of the highest ORAC values (oxygen radical absorbance capacity). ORAC value is the unit of measurement used to measure the content of free radical scavengers in food.

What are free radicals?

These are highly reactive oxygen compounds that are formed in the body as a result of influences such as medication, exhaust fumes and smoking. Free radicals cause oxidative stress, which has a negative effect on our ageing process. It is therefore very important to supply the body with antioxidants to help it fight these processes. The vitamin C it contains also improves tolerance.

How to use

We recommend taking two capsules a day. It is best to take the capsules with sufficient liquid, about 30 minutes after a meal. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
Tip: If you do intensive sport, it is best to take the OPC capsules afterwards. As the physical strain (physical stress situation) produces free radicals and the body needs energy to fight these free radicals, this can reduce physical performance during sporting activity.
