Directions for use
- Take 1/2 measuring spoon in the morning and 1/2 measuring spoon in the evening. Best taken between meals. Simply stir into a drink or mix into a meal by dissolving the powder in water or a non-carbonated, non-alcoholic drink. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. It is best taken with a meal.
- Note: Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. Not suitable for people with galactosaemia.
