How to use
- We recommend taking 1 capsule daily. It is best to take the capsule with a meal or about 2 hours after a meal, with sufficient liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. No longer than 90 days in a row.
