Directions for use
- We recommend taking 1 capsule daily. It is best to take the capsule with a meal or approximately 2 hours after a meal, with sufficient liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take with the capsule may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water. Do not take for more than 90 consecutive days.
