Ingredients
Blackthorn blossoms, birch leaves, lovage root, goldenrod herb, couch grass rhizome, elderflower blossoms, marigold blossoms
Use
Pour fresh, boiling water over 2 level teaspoons per cup (150 ml) and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Ideally, drink the herbal tea warm and unsweetened one cup in the morning and evening when the moon is waning.
