How to use

• pour fresh, boiling water over 2 level teaspoons per cup (150 ml) and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Ideally, drink the herbal tea warm and unsweetened
• Prepare 1-2 cups a day if you are drinking the tea blend as a precautionary measure. If you have existing complaints, you can drink up to 5 cups a day. Ideally, drink the tea infusion half an hour before or an hour after eating.
