Lemon balm leaves, lemon grass, camomile blossoms, rooibos, cinnamon bark, raspberry leaves, apples, rose hips, hibiscus, lime blossoms, lavender blossomsBrew 1 infusion bag for 1-2 cups (200 ml) with boiling water and leave to infuse for 7-10 minutes, swirling occasionally.
