Superfood Fucus pur
The natural iodine contained in Fucus (brown seaweed) plays an important role in the body’s energy utilisation and contributes to normal energy metabolism. It also contributes to the functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of healthy skin. It plays a particularly important role in the production of thyroid hormones and thyroid function.
As well as natural iodine, Fucus contains a high concentration of chlorophyll, which has long been valued for its numerous beneficial properties – not just as a ‘superfood’ in recent times.
