Proven arnica essence
Once a year, the Neuner's team harvests marvellous arnica flowers in the mountains of the Tyrolean Brixen Valley and then prepares them expertly. Each individual flower is plucked by hand.
The concentrated essence of the arnica flowers can be used pure or diluted with water or alcohol as required. Neuner's arnica essence covers all the traditional areas of application of a classic arnica tincture and is used for bruises, skin and oral care as well as for heavy legs.
Diluted, it is excellent for making soothing compresses and liniments, but use it sparingly as the high concentration of arnica flowers makes it very economical.

How to use
- For liniments, dilute 1:5 to 1:10 with water or 50-70% alcohol. For compresses, dilute 1:5 to 1:10 with water or 30-35% alcohol. Renew compresses every hour. For gargling, add a teaspoon of essence to a glass of warm water.
- Advice: Keep out of reach of children.
