3 phases - Nachtruh Forte 3-phase tablets

  1. Immediate phase - The special formula in the 1st phase quickly releases melatonin, valerian extract and vitamin B6 in the body.
  2. Chrono phase - The ingredients contained in the 2nd phase, hawthorn extract and lemon balm extract, calm the body overnight and enable restful, peaceful sleep.
  3. Depot phase - The special composition of the 3rd phase ensures a long-lasting, controlled, delayed release of melatonin and the ingredients from passion flower extract for up to 8 hours.

1 Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Valerian and lemon balm promote falling asleep.
 2Valerian contributes to maintaining sleep and relaxation. Lemon balm contributes to peaceful sleep and relaxation. Hawthorn supports better sleep and helps to reduce tension and restlessness. Passionflower has a calming effect and supports peaceful sleep.
 3Valerian and lemon balm help you to sleep through the night. Hawthorn contributes to better sleep.
