The sterile, binder-free non-woven compress is 6-ply and has the absorbency of a 12-ply gauze compress. The material is very soft and therefore comfortable against the skin. It is used as a wound dressing. 50 sterile packs, each containing 2 non-woven compresses, are packaged in a box with a practical dispensing slit.
