How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.

- Ingredients: coral calcium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), bulking agent: cellulose powder, bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa arundinacea), calcium ascorbate, calcium L-ascorbate, zinc citrate, sodium selenite, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, copper citrate, D-biotin.
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule % NRV*): Bamboo extract 60 mg contains silicic acid 45 mg, coral calcium 535 mg contains calcium 160 mg (20%), zinc 5 mg (50%), selenium 38.5 µg (70%), copper 0.5 mg (50%), vitamin C 40 mg (50%), pantothenic acid 6 mg (100%), vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%), D-biotin 150 µg (300%). * % of the reference quantity according to EU Regulation 1169/2011.
