NICApur Omega 3 Premium 700 Capsules is a food supplement with highly concentrated omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) and vitamin E. It supports heart and brain function, normal triglyceride levels and normal blood pressure.
The polyunsaturated fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) of the omega-3 group, which are present in fish oil, have a complex significance for the human organism. Omega-3 fatty acids support heart function, blood pressure and triglyceride levels. The essential omega-3 fatty acid DHA also supports vision and contributes to normal brain function. An adequate supply of EPA and DHA is particularly important when fish consumption is low. Omega 3 Premium can make a valuable contribution to meeting the requirements of a low-fish diet. How to use
- For heart and brain function: 1 capsule daily contains 400 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA.
- For normal triglyceride levels: 3 capsules daily contain a total of 2.1 g DHA/EPA.
- For normal blood pressure: 5 capsules daily contain a total of 3.5 g DHA/EPA.
- Take the capsules with plenty of liquid with a meal.
- Advice: The total daily intake of DHA and EPA via food supplements must not exceed 5 g.
