Directions for use
- For heart and brain function: 1 capsule daily contains 400 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA.
- For normal triglyceride levels: 3 capsules daily contain a total of 2.1 g of DHA/EPA.
- For normal blood pressure: 5 capsules daily contain a total of 3.5 g of DHA/EPA.
- Take the capsules with plenty of liquid at mealtimes.
- Notes: The total daily intake of DHA and EPA from food supplements must not exceed 5 g.
