NICApur Hepaverde® 100 capsules is a food supplement containing milk thistle extract, artichoke juice powder and sunflower lecithin to support liver and gallbladder function.

The liver is the largest gland in our body and, as the central metabolic organ, has a great deal to do. It acts as a nutrient hub by utilising, storing and releasing dietary components; as a filter and waste disposal system by breaking down and excreting unusable substances; and as a builder by producing vital proteins, as well as bile acids and hormones. That is why we should take good care of it. Herbal remedies such as artichoke and milk thistle have long been used for this purpose. Milk thistle seeds contain the natural compound silymarin. In the high-quality extract we use, the silymarin content is standardised to 80 per cent. The artichoke juice in Hepaverde® 100 is extracted from French artichokes.
