NICApur 5-HTP50 SeroBalance® capsules are a dietary supplement to support serotonin levels in the body. Serotonin, also known as the "happiness hormone", plays an important role in mood, sleep and well-being.
The African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) contains the amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin is considered the "happiness hormone" and is converted in our body to the "sleep hormone" melatonin. Our body uses this resting phase to recharge and regenerate its batteries. Stress, worries and anxiety, but also an age-related decline in the production of melatonin can make it difficult to enter the land of dreams.
