- Ingredients per capsule: Magnesium citrate (16% Mg) 184.7 mg, calcium citrate (21% Ca) 127 mg, psyllium 120 mg, burdock root 25 mg, aloe vera 25 mg, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate (14.35% Zn) 5.43 mg. Vegetable capsule shell: vegetarian hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
