How to use
- To ensure the daily intake of 3 mg spermidine, take 1 complete sachet daily. My SpermidinERWO Wheatgerm has a pleasant nutty flavour and can be taken directly in one or more portions.
- Ingestion in liquid: My SpermidinERWO Wheatgerm is also recommended for adding to smoothies and fruit juices. Take 1 sachet daily mixed into 1 small glass (approx. 50 ml) of water or juice. Use sachets immediately after opening Warnings:

The daily dose of My SpermidinERWO Wheatgerm contains: 7 g wheat germ flour of which 3 mg spermidine, 19.3 mg magnesium, 1.1 mg magnesium, 1.4 mg manganese, 0.6 mg iron, 57 μg copper, 35 μg fluorine, 1 μg selenium, 12 μg molybdenum and 8 μg vitamin B9 - folic acid.
