Multi-Mam® compresses are suitable for treating sore nipples and support the natural regeneration of irritated skin. Fast cooling and soothing effect.

Multi-Mam compresses are used for breastfeeding complaints such as sore nipples, swelling and hypersensitivity and have a quick cooling and soothing effect. The compresses form a soft and pleasant protection on the sore nipple. The main ingredient of the product is a plant-based gel that moisturises, protects against harmful bacteria and supports the natural healing process. No gel residue needs to be removed before breastfeeding. To make using the compresses as easy and hygienic as possible, each compress is packaged individually. Also practical for travelling: the cooling gel is on one side of the compresses so that they can be worn under clothing without the gel seeping through.

How to use

• Wash your hands. Open the sachet, unfold the compress and place the side with the gel on your nipple. Leave the compress on for as long as necessary, but at least 10 minutes, preferably 30 minutes up to a maximum of one hour. Any gel remaining on the nipple does not need to be removed before breastfeeding, as it is safe for the baby even if swallowed. Repeat the treatment at least twice a day until the irritation has disappeared. Only use one compress for one application.
• The compresses should not be used for more than 30 consecutive days. In case of persistent or frequently recurring complaints, you should consult your doctor or midwife/breastfeeding counsellor.
