Directions
- Adults: Take 2 scoops (3 g) 1-2 times daily with plenty of liquid.
- Stir Mucura® Psyllium psyllium husks into a glass (150 ml) of water or orange juice or sprinkle into yoghurt or muesli. Always drink another glass of water (approx. 150 ml) after consuming Mucura® Psyllium Psyllium Husks.
