Mucura® psyllium husk capsules are a food supplement made from natural, particularly pure psyllium husks in a plant-based capsule shell.
The highest possible purity of at least 99 % is achieved by removing parts of the plant that reduce the effect. This makes Mucura® psyllium husks 25 % more swellable than most psyllium husks on the market.
The practical capsule form makes it particularly easy and convenient to take. The capsule shell consists of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and contains nothing but natural psyllium husks.
Mucura® psyllium husks help to normalise digestion, intestinal activity and cholesterol levels.
The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free.

Directions
Adults: Take 6 capsules (equivalent to 3 g psyllium husks) 1-2 times daily with sufficient liquid and also drink approx. 150 ml of water.
Ingredients
Ingredients: Indian psyllium husks (Plantago ovata forssk.) - 500 mg per capsule, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable). May contain traces of sesame and mustard.
