How to use

• Ensure that the genital area is clean and dry.
• Open the individually wrapped pad with the tear-off strip.
• Fold the pad completely open and remove the packaging film.
• Place the pad in the centre of the underwear with the adhesive side facing down and press firmly.
• Remove the pad after use and dispose of it in the household waste.
• Do not flush the pad or packaging down the toilet.
