What is NR+?

Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a powerful precursor of NAD+ in the human body. NAD+ plays a central role as a cofactor in many important biochemical processes and belongs to the group of B3 vitamins. It has a crucial function in the respiratory chain of the mitochondria, which are known as the "power stations" of the cells. NR is often used as a dietary supplement as it can potentially support energy production, cognitive performance and cellular regeneration. Function
