- QNESIUM has been specially developed to maximise the bioavailability of magnesium. We use seven different magnesium compounds to mimic the natural absorption of this vital mineral: Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, magnesium malate, magnesium taurate, magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate and magnesium lactate. Vitamin B6 rounds off the complex as a natural bio-booster.
Function
Magnesium is involved in over 300 metabolic processes in the body and plays a decisive role in many enzymatic functions. It contributes to the reduction of fatigue and the maintenance of normal energy metabolism as well as the proper functioning of the nervous system, muscles and psyche. How to use
- We recommend a daily intake of 250 mg magnesium. Simply take 2 capsules together or at separate times of the day with a glass of water.
