Miradent Mirafluor chx mouth rinsing solution, 100 ML

Ready-to-use mouth rinse with 0.06% chlorhexidine digluconate and 250 ppm fluoride.

mirafluor chx liquid is a ready-to-use mouth rinse solution with chlorhexidine digluconate (CHX) for cleaning, caring for and protecting the oral cavity. This proven ingredient in dentistry has been supplemented with a light fluoridation (250 ppm fluoride) and the body's own sugar substitute xylitol. The mouth rinse also contains witch hazel, a medicinal plant known from Native American medicine in North America. In order to achieve a high level of patient acceptance, no alcohol was added during the production of the solution. Due to its consistency and composition, mirafluor chx liquid is particularly suitable for preventing all consequences of inadequate oral hygiene (such as bad breath, plaque, dental caries and gingivitis).

The main ingredients have the following functions:

* Chlorhexidine inhibits the development of bacteria, combines with dental plaque, breaks it down and prevents it from forming.
* Witch hazel prevents inflammation (slightly astringent effect).
* Xylitol is acariogenic, prevents tooth decay and is pH-neutral.
* Fluoride remineralises, increases resistance to caries and develops a synergistic effect with chlorhexidine.

The combination of ingredients leads to a significant reduction in sulphurous methyl compounds (tongue coating!) on the back of the tongue. This results in a lasting reduction in strong bad breath.
