The miradent plaque test has been tried and tested in dental practices for years. The tablets colour plaque impressively. Older plaque is shown in blue, newer plaque in pink.
For the plaque test, place a tablet (half a tablet for children if necessary) on the tongue, bite it and spread it around the mouth with a little saliva, spit it out - done! The colouring can be easily removed by simply brushing your teeth. miradent Plaquetest tablets are erythrosin-free.
