Melasan® Magnesium + Potassium contains vitamins, minerals, trace elements and an extra kick of magnesium and potassium. The sports drink with the fruity, refreshing lemon flavour does not burden the stomach and can be drunk before, during and after physical exertion.
During intense physical exertion, optimum performance over the entire period can only be guaranteed by an increased intake of magnesium, potassium and electrolytes. Magnesium plays a central role in neuromuscular coordination and energy metabolism and helps to maintain performance at a consistently high level. Potassium is involved in keeping the electrolyte balance constant and is essential for the transmission of stimuli between muscles and nerves.

Directions for use
- Stir 34 g powder (= 4 scoops) into 1 litre of water or 8.5 g powder (= 1 scoop) into 250 ml water. Measuring spoon enclosed.
- MELASAN® Sports Drink Magnesium + Potassium up to 30 minutes before exercise.
- Drink up to 1 litre per hour of MELASAN® Sports Drink Magnesium + Potassium during exercise.
