The sports drink contains vitamins, minerals, trace elements and NUTRIOSE®, the natural dextrin from wheat. The sports drink with its pleasantly fruity orange/currant flavour is gluten-free and should be consumed before and during physical exertion. Optimum performance in training and competition also requires an optimum supply of fluids, electrolytes and carbohydrates.
MELASAN® sports drink with NUTRIOSE® is a perfectly balanced combination of all electrolytes and carbohydrates with different glycaemic effects that are available at different times. Thanks to its low glycaemic index, the natural dextrin NUTRIOSE® regulates blood sugar levels during exercise in an ideal way, thus preventing the dreaded "hunger pangs" and keeping your performance at a high level.
MELASAN® sports drink with Nutriose ORANGE and JOHANNISBEERE in the isotonic or slightly hypotonic formulation is the ideal sports drink for training and competition for all endurance athletes such as cyclists, runners, ski mountaineers or triathletes.

Stir 10 g powder (= 1 stick) into 250 ml water.
