Our Recovery Drink contains 25g of protein and 11.6g of rapidly available carbohydrates per serving - ideal for replenishing energy stores after a workout. Our Recovery Drink is rounded off with 3 g of L-glutamine and 1.4 mg of active vitamin B6 to improve glycogen storage on the one hand and protein absorption on the other.

How to use
- Up to 100 g powder as required. Stir up to 50 g powder (= 2 heaped measuring spoons) into 200 - 250 ml water or milk.
- Allergens: Milk and soya.
