Monk's pepper is traditionally used for various women's ailments. The red-brown fruits of the plant are processed when they are ripe for harvesting between September and October and are then dried.

Directions
- Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid (water). The capsules can be opened by carefully pulling the capsule halves apart. People who cannot swallow capsules can pour the contents onto a teaspoon and take with sufficient water or pour the contents into a sealable container (e.g. screw-top jar) with water, shake well and then drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Special instructions: It is recommended to take the product over at least 3 cycles. Monk's pepper should not be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
