Ready-to-use non-woven dressings made of soft non-woven material made of viscose and polyester, non-sterile, highly absorbent and kind to the skin. Products can be sterilised in a suitable sterile barrier system in accordance with EN ISO 11607-1 using the following methods and a process with fractionated pre-vacuum and subsequent drying: Sterilisation with moist heat (121°C, 20 minutes or 134°C, 5 minutes)
