Directions

• Take the contents of one sachet once a day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water, stir briefly and drink between meals. Taking about half an hour before meals improves absorption in the body.
• Note for diabetics: One sachet corresponds to 0.01 bread units.
