How to use
- Take 1 capsule per 10 g of lactose with plenty of water. The capsule contents can also be stirred directly into food or drinks containing lactose (not above 50°C). The capsule can be opened by gently squeezing and simultaneously pulling the capsule apart.
- Notes: Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.
