Directions for use
For best results, take one white capsule in the morning and one yellow capsule in the evening before going to bed.
For treatment:
- Mild form: For a mild urinary tract infection, take MINSEPIN URIRELIEF continuously for 10 days.
- Severe form: For a severe urinary tract infection, treatment should be extended to 30 consecutive days.
For the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections:
- Mild form: To prevent the recurrence of mild urinary tract infections, it is recommended to take MINSEPIN URIRELIEF for 10 days each month over a period of 3 months.
- Severe form: To prevent severe recurrent urinary tract infections, it is recommended to take the medicine for 10 days each month for 6 months.
Warnings: Do not take MINSEPIN URIRELIEF if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers should only take MINSEPIN URIRELIEF after consulting a doctor.

- Ingredients in the white daytime capsule: D-mannose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; colouring agent: calcium carbonate.
- Ingredients of the yellow night-time capsule: heather extract (Calluna vulgaris), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), silver birch extract (Betula pendula), berberine sulphate from Indian barberry (Berberis aristata), anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; colouring agents: iron oxides and hydroxides.
- Composition of white daytime capsule: 420 mg D-mannose.
- Composition of yellow night-time capsule: 385 mg of common heather (Calluna vulgaris), containing arbutin; 55 mg of silver birch (Betula pendula); 45 mg of berberine from Indian barberry (Berberis aristata).
