Application

• METANORM® OSE SLIM Powder - Adults: Before the first meal of the day, pour one heaped measuring spoon into a glass, fill up with 250 ml water, stir well and drink. Tip: Dissolves particularly well in warm water.
• METANORM® ALL IN capsules - adults: Take one ALL IN BASIS capsule and one OMEGA PLUS capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.
• METANORM® OSE SLIM NIGHT powder - adults: Stir one heaped measuring spoon (= 5.5 g) into at least ⅛ litre of water and drink before going to bed
