Directions
- Take 1 capsule once a day shortly before going to bed, unchewed, with a little liquid.
- META-CARE® Sleep Calm contains withania, passion flower, hops and saffron. We recommend that you consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and if children under the age of 12 are taking it. We recommend that you do not take any other dietary supplements containing zinc.
