Lysoform Aldasan® 2000: Immersion, soaking and wiping disinfection of medical devices, 1000 ML

Indications

• For all bacterial (including TB), viral and dermatophyte infections, for the disinfection and cleaning of instruments and endoscopes, as well as equipment, surfaces and medical devices, in separate steps.
• For the prevention of nosocomial infections
• Also suitable for use in ultrasonic baths

Usage

• Aldasan® 2000/Aldosan® 2000-CH is a liquid concentrate with which any desired working dilution can be prepared by adding water (at room temperature or below). Important: Always add water first, then add Aldasan® 2000/Aldosan® 2000-CH. The working solution must be freshly prepared each time (in accordance with the Guidelines for Hospital Hygiene and Infection Prevention, published by the RKI). Working solutions without organic contamination (disinfection of pre-cleaned instruments) remain effective for at least 14 days.
• Notes: Always read the label and product information before use.
• Warnings & Storage Instructions: Store Aldasan® 2000/Aldosan® 2000-CH in a cool but frost-free, well-ventilated and dry place, out of the reach of children. When handling the undiluted product, wear suitable protective clothing, protective gloves and eye protection. Use only in well-ventilated areas. Ventilate the area thoroughly after use as a surface disinfectant. Use as an instrument disinfectant in a sealed container. Do not use after the expiry date. Shelf life of the undiluted working solution: 14 days*. Use Aldasan® 2000/Aldosan® 2000-CH safely. Always read the label and product information before use. * The period during which the proven efficacy of the disinfectant solution is maintained, provided it has been prepared at the recommended concentration in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and is subsequently covered and left unused for the period specified by the manufacturer.

Composition – 100 g of solution contains: 9.8 g formaldehyde 9.9 g glutaral Sodium alkyl ether sulphate Isotridecanol (ethoxylated).
