Lysoform AHD 2000® Alcohol-based hand and skin disinfectant, 500 ml

Ensure reliable hygiene in your everyday and working life. Lysoform AHD 2000® Ethanol-based Alcoholic Hand and Skin Disinfectant is suitable for hygienic hand disinfection.

Indications

• Hygienic and surgical hand disinfection
• Skin disinfection of intact skin
• For the control of bacteria (including TbB), fungi, enveloped and non-enveloped viruses, rotaviruses, adenoviruses and noroviruses

Directions for use

• For external use only; use undiluted!
• Surgical hand disinfection: Apply at least 5 ml of AHD 2000® to the hands and forearms and rub in until dry, paying particular attention to the fingertips and nail folds. Duration: 1½ minutes.
• Hygienic hand disinfection (including in cases covered by Section 18 of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG)): The hands must be kept moist with the concentrated preparation throughout the entire contact time (at least 3 ml – 30 seconds).
• Skin disinfection: Completely wet the area of the patient’s skin to be disinfected with AHD 2000® and allow to dry for at least 10 seconds, particularly before using thermoelectric devices.
• Notes: Always read the label and product information before use.
• Hazard statements: Danger. H225 – Liquid and vapour are highly flammable H319 – Causes serious eye irritation. P210 – Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. P233 – Keep container tightly closed. P305 + P351 + P338 – IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Continue rinsing after removing any contact lenses. P337 + P313 – If eye irritation persists: seek medical advice.
