- L-methionine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the body itself. It must therefore be supplied through the diet. Studies have shown that L-methionine lowers the pH value of the urine and thus helps to prevent the formation of kidney stones.
- Phytates (salts of phytic acid) are obtained from rice bran. They inhibit the formation of calcium and magnesium crystals.
- Zinc and vitamin A improve the effect of phytates.
- Zinc increases the binding of phytates to calcium, which means that fewer crystals can form, and vitamin A slows down the breakdown of phytates.

Directions for use
- It is recommended to take one capsule at breakfast and one at dinner with a glass of water. The capsules can also be opened, stirred into yoghurt or fruit juice and taken.
- Advice: Dietary management with Lit-Control pH Down should be carried out for at least 3 months and brings the pH value of your urine back into the normal range, inhibits crystal and bacterial growth and protects the cell wall of the kidneys.

- Active ingredients: L-methionine, rice bran extract (Oryza sativa, 85% calcium magnesium phytate/phytin), zinc gluconate, retinyl acetate (vitamin A).
- Other ingredients Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent E464), polyvinylpyrrolidone (stabiliser E1201), calcium carbonate (colour E170), starch sodium octenyl succinate (glazing agent E1450), magnesium stearate (stabiliser E470b).
