Life Light Basic Omega 3-6-9 Capsules are a dietary supplement containing a synergistic omega complex with valuable omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids from EPA/DHA-rich cold-water fish and selected vegetable oils as well as cell-protecting vitamin E.
Physiological function of the nutrients
- Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids that cannot be produced by the human body. They must be continuously supplied through food.
- With a daily intake of 250 mg, EPA and DHA support normal heart and brain function.
- Omega 3 fatty acids contain 45% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), while omega 6 fatty acids contain 40% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
- Vitamin E is able to protect the cells from oxidative stress.

- Supplement to the daily diet for all ages.
- Age or diet-related malnutrition.
