Life Light Basic Ferrosin capsules are a dietary supplement containing the orthomolecular micronutrient complex with organic ferrous gluconate.
Iron contributes in particular to normal oxygen transport in the body and, with the added vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A quality product of the LIFE LIGHT® brand.
Physiological function
- Thiamine contributes to normal heart function, normal function of the nervous system and normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal energy metabolism, the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes, the maintenance of normal red blood cells and normal iron metabolism.
- Niacin contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function, the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. In addition, pantothenic acid is important for the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal red blood cell formation, a reduction in tiredness and fatigue and normal functioning of the psyche and nervous system.
- Folic acid contributes to normal haematopoiesis, normal function of the immune system and a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid also has a function in cell division.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, the normal formation of red blood cells and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The vitamin also contributes to normal mental function and normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bones, skin, teeth, gums and blood vessels.
- Vitamin E is able to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
- Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport and the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. The mineral has a function in cell division, contributes to normal cognitive function and normal function of the immune system as well as reducing tiredness and fatigue.
