Physiological function of the nutrients
- Lecithin belongs to the group of phospholipids, specifically the phosphatidylcholine group, and consists of fatty acids, choline, phosphoric acid and glycerol.
- The removal of excess oil from the crude lecithin produces a granulate that is easy to measure out.

Take 2 tablespoons of granules (approx. 10 g) daily, either on their own or stirred into a liquid (drinks or food).
