How to use

Too little sunscreen reduces the sun protection factor. The 11-finger rule helps to apply the right amount:

• Two strokes* per leg and back
• One stroke length* each for the chest, stomach and arms
• One stroke length* for face, neck and throat

Lubricate particularly well: Noses, lips, ears, shoulders, décolleté, back of feet and hairless scalp. To maintain protection, reapply every two hours and after bathing and sweating *One line length corresponds to one line of cream from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the wrist.
